what kind of chair you are using, chair height, or a standing desk
what support you might want for your back, feet or legs
distance and angle from your keyboard and computer screen
how you think of your legs and spine while sitting and working at your desk
what to put around your desk to give your eyes a break from the screen
how to give yourself a break and re-orient to your space, get in touch with your body throughout your day.
